Additional bands at : 65 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
ab32807 specifically detects isoform 1 of RING1 which is predicted to be ~42 kDa.
The epitope for ab32807 is not present in isoform 2 (the ~39 kDa form).
