Observed band size : 60 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
HeLa cells incubated with ab4183 (1/200). The RNF8 antibody gives a relatively weak yet predominantly nuclear staining pattern in interphase nuceli. ab4183 staining is shown in green. The cells were counterstained with DAPI (red).
