The ab65739 has not been tested yet on mouse tissue, however due to sequence homology of the immunogen, the chances are good that antibody can recognize the mouse RNF8. We will be able to provide you with the testing scheme described below.
In regards to the ab4183, unfortunately the immunogen sequence is not conserved in the mouse protein and the chances that this antibody is crossreacting with the mouse protein are low. I am sorry that I can not recommend this antibody for test on mouse tissue therefore. Please see here the alignment results: xx
