Recommended dilutions
ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. (Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000).
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.03 - 0.1 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 15 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 16 kDa).
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

RPS19 belongs to the ribosomal protein S19e family. Defects in this gene are a primary cause of Diamond-Blackfan anemia (DBA). DBA is a hypoplastic macrocytic anemia characterized by absent or decreased levels of erythroid precursors in bone marrow, which usually appears in the first year of life.
