We purchased ab54868, mouse monoclonal antibody against runx2. We seem to have a problem with it however. The antibody is staining beautifully, but it is not staining the targets that it should. Our immunohistochemistry patterning is showing muscle while this is a bone marker, and it is not showing up in bones that are known to contain runx2. Our western blotting is giving bands at 170 and 200kDa while the known size of our zebrafish runx2 is 53 kDa. We would prefer a replacement over a refund if that is possible. |
