Recommended dilutions
ELISA: 1/12500.
WB: Use at a concentration of 1.25 µg/ml in 5% skim milk and PBS buffer. HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1/50000 - 1/100000 as second antibody. Detects a band of approximately 44 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 44 kDa).
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

RUNX3 binds to the core site, 5'-PYGPYGGT-3', of a number of enhancers and promoters, including murine leukemia virus, polyomavirus enhancer, T-cell receptor enhancers, lck, IL-3 and GM-CSF promoters. RUNX3 consists of a heterodimer of an alpha and a beta subunit. The alpha subunit binds DNA as a monomer through the Runt domain. DNA-binding is increased by heterodimerization.
