Western blot of rab 3A on Hepa1 cell lysate using ab3335
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Rab3A antibody (ab3335)
ab3335 staining hamster CHO-K1 cells by ICC/IF. Cells were PFA fixed and permeabilized in 0.2% Triton X-100 prior to blocking in 3% BSA for 1 hour at 37°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/200 and incubated with the sample for 12 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit antibody was used as the secondary.
