    Hahaha, yes you are right, the original secondary was anti-rabbit, not anti-mouse.   I do appreciate the customer friendlyness you show, and I cross my fingers for getting the assay to work with the new antibodies.

      Dear John, Thanks for the quick response. Has the ab55075 any proven mouse reactivity? The web info states only human reactivity...   I don't want to spend time and reagents on trying an antibody not proven to be working on mouse GR. Please advice.
