    Inquiry: I have a question about ab27235. We have imaged samples using this antibody and we need to know how long the linker is between the gold particle and the antibody. Could you tell me the length of this linker? Thank you for your help!

    The antibody is directly adsorbed onto the surface of the gold nanoparticle so there is no linker present to speak of. It is known that the average length of an IgG antibody is ˜7nm so the gold label will be ˜7nm away...
