Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Rac1 antibody [0.T.127] (ab33186)

ab33186 staining Rac1 in Mouse intestine tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 5% BSA 1 hour at 20°C ; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation with citric acid. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/750) for 4 hours at 20°C. An HRP-conjugated Goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal (1/5000) was used as the secondary antibody.
