As I told you on the phone, I need to find out whether the ab3622 rad50 antibody can crossreact with Xenopus (frog) protein. Could you please the corresponding region in Xrad50 is identical to or with high homology with human rad50 peptide antigen sequence? I included the frog rad50 sequence below. It will be great if I can obtain this info soon before we make the purchase. Thanks so much! Customer is not able to obtain a signal in WB with ab3622. Lot# 93311. Samples are human (Hela, etc) and the antibody was used at 1:1000 with incubation o/n at 4C. Her lab has used multiple vials of this antibody before under the same conditions with the same samples and results were good. PO# 3000514372. |
