I'm now investigated Rad51B function. Please tell me can this antibody(Rad51B antibody [RAD51B 1E11/6]) detect Rad51B protein of whole cell extract by western blot. I have some antibodys anti rad51b but they were unable to detect protein of whole cell extract by western blot.

Thank you for your enquiry and for your patience. Ab11050 recognizes a weak band at the right size on whole cell extracts, but also a lot of non-specific bands. Better results were observed using purified protein. If you have any more questions, please contact us again.
