    Defects in COX4I2 are the cause of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency dyserythropoietic anemia and calvarial hyperostosis (EPIDACH) [MIM:612714]. Patients present with pancreatic insufficiency, intestinal malabsorption, failure to thrive, and anemia soon after birth.
