Thank you for contacting us. The product ab70687 is a recombinant fragment, corresponding to amino acids 1011-1382 of human Insulin Receptor. Regarding SwissProt database, the positions for the alpha position in the insulin receptor correspond to amino acids 28 to 758. Subunit beta comprises from amino acid 763 to 1382.
