Hi, Thanks for that, I just have one remaining question about its reconstitution, by carrier protein do you mean Human or bovine serum albumin as stated for the reconstition of ab51925? Help on this would be most useful

Yes, either HSA or BSA will be fine to use in the reconstitution of ab9706. We would also recommend a quick spin in a microcentrifuge prior to opening the vial to make sure the protein gets down to the bottom of the vial, then using sterile H2O and adding a carrier protein as mentioned if diluting below 0.1mg/ml (for example 0.1% BSA).
