S100A11 (EMAP (endothelial monocyte-activating polypeptide), Calgizzarin) is a calcium-binding polypeptide with cytokine properties. It is a member of the S-100 protein family which contains two EF-hand calcium-binding domains. It has been described as existing in a homodimer-form linked by a disulfide bridge.
