It states that the immunogen used was a synthetic peptide (Human) - 35 amino acids which represented a portion of SA 1 encoded in part by exons 35 and 36. However, the customer says that there are only 34 exons. Please explain more about the immunogen and where the information is stating there are exons 35 and 36. |

Thank you for your email. All the information that we have regarding these antibodies is located on the online datasheets. I unfortunately can't tell you which one works "best." Are you detecting SA1 or SA2? The differences between the two SA1 antibodies and the two SA2 antibodies are the immunogens.
