Additional bands at : 59 kDa,70 kDa,75 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Aos1 + Uba2 antibody (ab38434)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma tissue reacted with ab38434, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining
