Western blot - SAP30L antibody (ab33244)
All lanes : Anti-SAP30L antibody (ab33244) at 1/750 dilution
Lane 1 : 30ug of NIH3T3 cell lysate transfected with a vector expressing a GST-hSAP30L fusion protein
Lane 2 : 30ug HEK293 cell lysate expressing both a Wild type transfected hSAP30L and endogenous SAP30L
Lane 3 : 30ug MCF-7 cell lysate
Predicted band size : 21 kDa
ab33244 is able to detect GST-SAP30L fusion protein, wild -type transfected hSAP30L and endogenous SAP30L in human cell lines (eg: HEK293 and MCF-7); Can also detect GST-SAP30L and Wild-Type transfected hSAP30L in non-human cell lines but it does not seem to be able to detect endogenous, non-human SAP30L.
