Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - SAR1 antibody (ab14270)
Immunofluorescent detection of SAR1 (red) using SAR1 antibody (ab14270; 1/20) on Rat Cells (Glial cell culture). The image demonstrates some apparent plasma membrane immunoreactivity, but also definite expected pre-golgi ER immunoreactivity and some post-golgi ER reactivity. Blue nuclear counterstain is present in the image. Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde and primary antibody was incubated for 1hour at room temperature, no antigen retrieval step was included. Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - SAR1 antibody (ab14270)
Immunofluorescence staining with Chicken polyclonal to SAR1 (ab14270) on Human HEK cells. Cells were fixed in methanol, no antigen retrieval step was necessary. Primary antibody was incubated for 1 hour at 1/100. The confocal image shows positive immunoreactivity for anti-SAR1 (red) localised with expected ER cellular distribution.
