Anti-SART3 antibody (ab36137) at 1 µg/ml + Daudi lysate (RIPA buffer, 30µg total protein per lane).
Predicted band size : 110 kDa
Observed band size : 150 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence. Approx 150kDa band observed in lysates of Human Tcell line Jurkat and Human Burkitt's Lymphoma cell line DAUDI (calculated MW of 111kDa according to NP_055521.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature (Yang et al, Cancer Res. 1999 Aug 15;59(16):4056-63; PMID: 10463607).
