Lane 1 : 10 µg Human MCF7 breast cancer whole cell lysate
Lane 2 : 10 µg Human MCF7 breast cancer whole cell lysate, selected for multiple drug resistance with doxorubicin for 72 hours
Secondary
HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit
developed using the ECL technique
Performed under reducing conditions.
Predicted band size : 82 kDa
Observed band size : 120 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Exposure time : 30 seconds
The primary antibody was incubated for 18 hrs at 4°C.
The secondary antibody was incubated at room temperature for 30 minutes.
All washes were performed using the same buffer (5% PBST/milk) for 3 x 5 minutes. The final washes were in PBST.
