Why is the WB image showing a 75kDa band when the expected band size should be 35kDa?

Thank you for your enquiry.

The 75kDa band could be due to insufficient boiling of the sample, which resulted in the 75kDa dimer band. Since this image is confusing, I have removed it from the datasheet. Please rest assured that the product does detect the expected 35kDa band, as stated in the following publication.
