Immunoprecipitation - Anti-SSRP1 antibody [3E4] (ab26229)
2.5 mcg of SSRP1 were immobilized on 50 mcL of anti-mouse Dynabeads prior to IP. Nuclear lysate from HeLa cells treated with Benzonase was loaded at 1 x 107 cells. ab26229 used at a 1/200 dilution for IP. After IP the beads were washed three times with TBS + 0.5%NP40 + 5mM EDTA. ab26229 used at 1/1000 dilution for WB.
