Observed band size : 59 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Antibody diluted in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer. Gel concentration 12%.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - STIP1 antibody (ab65046)
ab65046, at 4.0 µg/ml, staining STIP1 in human muscle tissue by immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue. The arrows indicate positively stained skeletal muscle cells.
