Hi, Thank you for your reply.

Yeap, already explained it to the customer and now she is asking for good positive control for

1.ab77968

2.ab22620

3.ab10385

I have also do my homework and figure out few products ,can you give me your advice whether they can be good positive control for this antibodies:

1. ab77968----positive control : ab4419 2. ab22620----positive control: ab4399 3. ab10385----positive control: ab4399

(There are a LOT of different normal brain slides available from Abcam!!i)

Application: IHC-P

Sample: Nervous tissue especially spinal cord from Amphibian (Frog)

I just got a reply regarding ab10385.

The IHC-P image on the datasheet was from brainstem (pons region). Furthermore, Serotonin is known to be expressed in the brainstem region, which consists of medulla oblongata, pons, and midbrain. Therefore, the following slides would also be a good positive control.

ab4308 (medulla oblongata) ab4316 (pons) ab4309 (midbrain)
