Ab36624 recognises Proteinase Inhibitor 9, as well as Proteinase Inhibitor 9 complexed to granzyme B. It shows no cross reactivity with other homologous serpins (PI6, PI8 and PAI2) was observed.

IHC-P: 1/100. Recommeneded pretreatment with 10 mM citric acid pH 6.0 for 20 min. For fixed cytospin preparations fix cells for 10 min in 10% formalin and then treat them as paraffin sections.
WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution. Detects a band of approximately 42, 67 kDa.
Is unsuitable for Flow Cyt.
Not yet tested in other applications.
