ELISA: Use at an assay dependent dilution. (ELISA titre using peptide based assay: 1/312500)

WB: Use at a concentration of 1.0 µg/ml. Detects a band of approximately 54 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 49 kDa).

Relevance
Soluble Liver/Pancreas Antigen (SLA/LP) converts O-phosphoseryl-tRNA(Sec) to selenocysteinyl-tRNA(Sec) required for selenoprotein biosynthesis. SLA/LP autoantibodies are highly specific markers of type 1 autoimmune hepatitis that have been associated with relapse.
