Thank you for your reply on my enquiry. I would like to try this antibody but since there is no review as well as no other information how this would work. How would the Abpromise work in this case? Is it as long as I do not see a band at the predicted size on western blot, then I can ask for refund or replacement? Personally i know it is always not easy to detect this receptor.

Thank you for your reply. The “AbPromise” extends to the applications and species for which an Ab has been tested. In the case of Ab5827 the “AbPromise” would extend to the applications FACS and WB for use against the human and rat forms of the target. We make every effort not to add information to our data sheets relating to the functionality of an Ab without substantiating data from our laboratory team, customer reviews, collaborators or source of the Ab.

Where an Ab does not function as cited on the product data sheet our excellent “in house” tech team will first help to resolve the problem. In the event that issues are caused by the Ab and the problems are reported within 90 days of purchase we would be happy to offer a credit note/refund to the price of the product.

Should you chose to test the Ab in an application or species not cited on the data sheet technical support will be happy to help should you experience problems; however we will be unable to offer a credit note/refund to the value of the product.
