Question 2

For the Shh antibody (171018), would it be possible to know what region of the N-terminal it binds (if the specific epitope is known?)?. Thank you very much,

ANSWER:

Thank you for your enquiry.

I am afraid that no further information about the epitope has been determined, apart from that already highlighted in the datasheet (immunogen used was aa 25-198).

I am sorry I can't be of more assistance in this occasion but if there is anything else that I can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Question 3

Tuesday 13-May-2008

For the Shh antibody (171018), would it be possible to know what region of the N-terminal it binds (if the specific epitope is known?)?. Thank you very much,

ANSWER:

Thank you for your enquiry.

I am still awaiting for a response from the originator to confirm if the product has been fully mapped. Currently the information I have is that a peptide corresponding to aa 25-198 was used to immunize and there are no indications that epitope mapping had been undertaken.

Please rest assured that if I were to receive any further information on the epitope region, I will forward it to you.

Have a nice day.
