  • General notesAfter excision, tissue was fixed in paraformaldehyde and processed to paraffin wax. Tissue sections were cut to a thickness of 5µm and mounted on positively charged glass slides. One tissue from each lot was stained by haematoxylin and eosin (H+E) and then microscopically examined to ensure quality. All tissue is examined / diagnosed by a licensed pathologist and is ethically obtained. Sex and age of the donor is lot dependent. Please enquire.

    I was hoping you could tell me whether dorsal root ganglion were present in the following spinal cord tissue sections, product # ab4370, ab4419.  

    There are no dorsal root ganglion present in these samples.

    A customer is interested in ab4419 and ab4370. He wants to know, since the product is from human source, if you test the slides for HIV1, HIV2, HBS Antigen and HCV.
