Ab60143 (1/50 dilution) staining Synphilin 1 in formalin fixed, paraffin embedded human breast carcinoma tissue by immunohistochemistry. The primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. BC = breast carcinoma.
