Western blot - TCP1 alpha antibody (ab10180)
Predicted band size : 60 kDa
ab10180 staining (1µg/ml) of human lung lysate (RIPA buffer, 35µg total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by Western blot using chemiluminescence.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - TCP1 alpha antibody (ab10180)
ab10180 (10µg/ml) staining paraffin embedded Human Testis, microwaved antigen retreival with Tris/EDTA buffer pH9, HRP-staining.
