Hi Jennifer, I would be most interested in your goat polyclonal (ab 10180), however, the datasheet does not mention if it is able to recognize mouse TCP1. If you could let me know if this has been tested I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Lauren

Thank you for your email. So far, ab10180 has only been tested for cross-reactivity with Human. It is expected to cross-react with Chimpanzee (100% identity with immunogen), Gorilla (100% identity with immunogen) and Macaque Monkey (100% identity with immunogen) due to sequence homology. It has not yet been tested in other species. The peptide sequence is listed on the online datasheet, so you may want to BLAST the sequence to see what the homology is with mouse. Please let me know if you require any further assistance.
