Application notes

IHC-P: 1/200 for 20-30 minutes at RT depending on the detection system used. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol by boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min prior to immunostaining.
WB: Use at a concentration of 1 - 2 µg/ml for 2 hrs at RT. Predicted molecular weight: 24 kDa.

Is unsuitable for IP.

Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Complexes with metalloproteinases (such as collagenases) and irreversibly inactivates them by binding to their catalytic zinc cofactor. Known to act on MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-3, MMP-7, MMP-8, MMP-9, MMP-10, MMP-13, MMP-14, MMP-15, MMP-16 and MMP-19.
