Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections) - TLE4 antibody (ab64833)This image is courtesy of an anonymous Abreviewab64833 staining TLE4 in mouse (E16.5) embryonic brain tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections). Tissue underwent fixation in paraformaldehyde, permeabilized in 0.3% Triton X-100 and blocked in 0.2% Gelatin for 1 hour at 25°C. The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 and incubated with sample for 24 hours at 4°C. A Cy5® conjugated donkey polyclonal to rabbit IgG, diluted 1/500 was used as secondary.
