Predicted band size : 88 kDa
Observed band size : 95 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)

Immunoprecipitation - TLK2 antibody (ab74335)
Detection of TLK2 by Western Blot of Immunprecipitate.
ab74335 at 1µg/ml staining TLK2 in 293 whole cell lysate immunoprecipitated using ab74335 at 3µg/mg lysate (1 mg/IP; 20% of IP loaded/lane).
Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 10 seconds.
