Application notes

BL: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
This peptide can be used with studies using ab21273.
This peptide usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C.

Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
