I have used this antibody in western blotting and IP/western blotting with rat spleen and placenta tissue extracts. It produces 1 clean band from both experiments but that band is about 50kDa, instead of the expected 117kDa. I think this antibody is detecting a protein other than TLR9.

Can you recommend any other cell lines or tissues to use? Specifically what other lines has it worked in? Probably spleen, but it'd be nice to have that confirmed by your data.

Can you tell me what species of mouse was used to make this antibody?

Thank you for your patience. Ab12121 has been found to work in Ramos cells and Human PBMC extracts. I am still waiting to receive more information and will contact you again when I hear back from the antibody's originator.
