I have used ab74037 to detect TNFAIP3 from human stem cells. I have used this antibody a few years ago in the same experiement (western blotting) with similar samples and it worked as expected. However this recent batch gives no bands. I used primary at 1:250, 1:500 and 1:1000 with no differences. Other antibodies have been used successfully with the same samples
