There three TRRAP antibodies listed in the Abcam catalog, ab10902, ab10903, ab10904. Technical specifications: For ab10902, WB: 1/1000. Predicted molecular weight: 459.6 kDa. For ab10903, WB: 1/1000. Predicted molecular weight: 46 kDa. For ab10904, WB: 1/2000. Detects a band of approximately 43.4 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 46 kDa). Why is this difference in the moleculer weight of TRRAP? Which one is the right TRRAP antibody?

Thank you for your enquiry. I checked with the originator of these 3 antibodies and there was a mistake on our online datasheets. These antibodies all recognize TRRAP, a 434 kDa protein. These antibodies will give a band of ~434 kDa in Western blotting. I have corrected the datasheets so that they reflect this information.
