Predicted band size : 34 kDa
Observed band size : 40 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 28 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.

ab75739 at 1/100 dilution staining Tal1 in human brain tissue section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/ PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). A peroxidase conjugated secondary antibody was used followed by DAB staining.
