Thank you so much for your quick reply unfortunately I did not find any info in the literature that suggests that I can use Thy1.2 as a marker of the mesangial cells in our strain mouse.

I have already kidney frozen sections so if your are ok to provide me a free sample of an anti-thy1.2 (ab25593), I can test it and give abcam some pictures if it works?

We do not have sample sizes of our products since we carry over 70,000 products and cannot store multiple vial sizes of antibodies in our automated freezers.
