It is very unclear on your website as to exactly what the above antibody is directed against. Is it directed against tyrosinated alpha-tubulin, or is it directed against tyrosine residues in the C-terminus of alpha-tubulin, which are not connected to alpha-tubulin tyrosination?

Thank you for your enquiry. Ab11325 was originated outside Abcam and I'm afraid that all the information that we have or can get at this time is located on the online datasheet. We will update the on-line datasheet of this product as soon as we get more data. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The antibody reacts against tubulin's C-terminal tyrosine and a synthetic peptide containing the carboxy terminal amino acids of alpha tubulin was used as the immunogen.
