Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections) - Ube1L antibody (ab12199)
Immunohistochemistry using ab12200 (C-terminus) and ab12199 (N-terminus) with peptide blocking (right panel) and without peptide blocking (left panel).
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Ube1L antibody (ab12199)
Immunofluorescence was used to detect UBE1L protein expression in MDA-MB-231 cells (red staining) and DAPI staining revealed the nuclei (blue staining). The right panel shows immunofluorescence with no primary antibody.
