ab38870 used at a dilution of 1:100 to 1:500.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Ube2M antibody (ab38870)
ab38870, at 1/50 dilution, staining Ube2M in Human breast carcinoma, by Immunohistochemistry, Formalin fixed and Paraffin embedded tissue. ab38870 was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
