Recommended dilutions
ELISA: Use at a concentration of 0.05 µg/ml.
ICC/IF: Use at a concentration of 1 - 10 µg/ml.
IP: Use 1-10µg for 106 cells.
WB: Use at a concentration of 0.1 - 1 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 42 kDa.
For immunocytochemistry, fixation protocol may include up to 0.5% formaldehyde.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP) is a member of the Ena-VASP protein family. Ena-VASP family members contain an EHV1 N-terminal domain that binds proteins containing E/DFPPPPXD/E motifs and targets Ena-VASP proteins to focal adhesions. VASP may also be involved in the intracellular signaling pathways that regulate integrin-extracellular matrix interactions. VASP is regulated by the cyclic nucleotide-dependent kinases PKA and PKG.
