All lanes : Anti-VAV2 antibody (ab86699) at 1/1000 dilution
Lane 1 : A431 cells treated with EGF
Lane 2 : A431 cells treated with EGF, exposed to alkaline
phosphatase
Predicted band size : 100 kDa
Observed band size : 100 kDa
Additional bands at : <100 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Western blot membranes were incubated with diluted antibody in 5% non-fat milk, PBS, 0.04% Tween20 for 1hour at room temperature.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - VAV2 antibody (ab86699)
Immunocytochemical labeling of VAV2 in paraformaldehyde-fixed and NP40 permeabilized rabbit spleen fibroblasts. The cells were labeled with ab86699 at a 1/50 dilution and detected using an appropriate secondary antibody conjugated to Cy3.
