Tissue underwent fixation in paraformaldehyde and incubated with primary antibody, diluted 1/200 for 24 hours. ab22736 staining VIP in sheep abomasum tissue sections by immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin embedded sections). Tissue underwent fixation in paraformaldehyde without undergoing permeabilization and blocking steps. The primary antibody was diluted 1/1200 and incubated with sample for 24 hours. A FITC-conjugated goat polyclonal (IgG whole molecule) to rabbit IgG was diluted 1/400 and used as secondary.
