developed using the ECL technique
Serum starved U937 cells were incubated with 0.5 µM H2O2, 10 µg/ml A24, or 3 µM DFO for 10 min at 37°C. Phosphorylation of VDR (P-VDR) in whole cell extracts was analyzed using ab63572.
